Tim Pagett is founding member of the Ydentity Organization. From the 1st of June 2022, Tim will assume the role of Deputy Chairman working with the Organization to refine the positioning of Ydentity from a business perspective.

Most recently Tim was the Deloitte Asia Pacific Financial Services Industry Leader. He was responsible for leading the development of the firm’s capabilities on the provision of full-range professional and advisory services to the financial services sector.

Tim’s 36 years of experience spans the full spectrum of audit and risk management in financial and non-financial institutions, from both the practitioner and service provider perspectives. He has been based in China for the past 16 years and has provided services to the leading players across the financial services markets. He is connected at both industry and regulatory levels and is a regular contributor to the development of the financial services industry.

Tim was also a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Clients & Industry Council, the Deloitte Asia Pacific Financial Services Leadership Executive Committee and the Deloitte Global Financial Services Executive Committee.

Tim has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
