Samira Kria Chaker

Professor of Economic Sciences at HEC Business School, University of Carthage in Tunisia

Samira Kria Chaker is Professor of Economic Sciences at HEC Business School, University of Carthage in Tunisia, and is an independent consultant with expertise in economic science with a special focus on political economics, particularly on issues of globalization and Fintech and Financial inclusion. She is an expert in the management monitoring and evaluation of complex development projects, and was an academic at the University of Tunis and the National School of Administration, where she coached and supervised professional managers and researchers. Chaker has high-level experience of working within an international organization, serving as economic senior at the UN Conference for Trade and Development, Geneva.

She holds a PhD from the University of Paris, Sorbonne

She is co-author with chapter in Risk Books publication about “Fintech, Growth and Deregulation (2018); author with chapter in Risk Books “Technology and sandbox development innovation in a transitional market: A case study” (2021)
