Rob Triano

In his current role, Rob leads a team within the Financial Investigations business line of CipherTrace to monitor and communicate global regulatory developments, develop and deliver training content for financial institutions, and support internal product teams.  Prior to his current role, Rob worked at the Federal Reserve Banks of Kansas City (four years) and San Francisco (six years). At the Federal Reserve, he was deeply involved in supervision for entities engaged in digital asset and financial technology activities and has extensive experience leading BSA/AML/Sanctions Compliance regulatory engagements for global financial institutions.  In addition to working for the Federal Reserve, Rob also worked for two banking organizations for over six years in a variety of operational and leadership roles. Rob attained an MBA from Baker University and a BS from Doane University.  In 2021, he successfully completed the Wharton’s Executive Education Fintech Revolution certification. In 2013, he completed the Federal Reserve’s Safety & Soundness Commission. He also achieved CAMS, CAFP, CCRS, and CTCE certifications.
