Over the last 20 years, Ritesh has been at the forefront of the payments industry, leading the future of VISA payments and introducing Apple Pay in Europe / UK. He has led the transformation across many global organisations.
Ritesh’s vast experience and expertise in the payments industry is now seeing him play crucial advisory roles to many organisations, such as the G20 Initiative for Financial Inclusion (Member); Open Banking in EU and Africa; Harvard Business Review; payment regulators and government bodies for their initiative in social and financial inclusion; MIT Global in Tech Panel (Member). He has also been a mentor to the UK Parliament Digital initiative and many other start-ups.

Ritesh is also an advisor and visiting lecturer to leading business schools and universities globally, apart from being a regular speaker and author and a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion.  

After leaving HSBC as COO Digital, Ritesh co-founded Infynit, harnessing his knowledge of and penchant for digital payments.
