Reginal Bryant has over 20 years of experience leading Business transformational initiatives enabled by Information Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Systems Engineering & Development.

He is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Prior to the Federal Reserve, Reginal was a Major in the US Air Force, serving in Cybersecurity and Technology leadership roles worldwide.

Reginal earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) - Bowie State. In 2018, Reginal completed Harvard Business School’s 25th General Management Program.
