Randy Repka is the Director of Global TechSprint Strategy at AIR-Alliance for Innovative Regulation. Since joining AIR in January of 2020, Randy has planned and executed a series of regulatory Techsprints with both U.S. and global agencies. In addition to consulting with regulators and financial firms, she has published a TechSprint manual and developed many tools designed to help organizations stand up and manage their own TechSprints. Prior to joining AIR, Randy spent 22 years at American Express, holding leadership positions across many disciplines including customer experience, business strategy, client relations, marketing and communications. She has a passion for the customer and has always focused on roles where she could help clients or colleagues to benefit from a flawless journey. Randy started her career in media and marketing working with international brands such as AT&T, Nestle and MetLife, and she brought that experience to American Express’ Global Advertising and Brand Marketing team. Randy holds a B.A. in English Literature from Denison University.
