
Parret Muteto
Parret Muteto is the Chief Analyst with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (Zambia). His role is to provide economic advice to investigative teams of the Commission, coordinate and manage research, education and advocacy activities as well as liaison functions of the Commission.
Parret has been with the Commission for 10 years serving in different portfolios which include investigations and processing of mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Mater of Philosophy in Competition Law and Policy, an Honours Degree in Economics and is a gazetted prosecutor for the Commission.
