Along with being a Chartered Director (SA) and an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, Fay brings extensive strategic leadership experience to the various executive and non-executive roles and positions she has occupied over the years. As a commercial lawyer, Fay has focused primarily on cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions and Transaction Advisory services, consequently specialising in governance, risk and strategy advisory engagements. She currently acts as special advisor to several entities, and acts as a Board/Committee member of organisations in the public and private sectors. She is a skilled public speaker, panellist and sought after opinionista on matters pertaining to leadership, governance and the role of directors in a time of disruption.
