Dr. Mark Yama Tampuri Jnr, an Economist, and a Digital Finance Expert have been a noteworthy leader as a development practitioner for years. He is credited with scholastically contributing to research and consulting on financial inclusion, public policy, and economic development issues.

Currently, a Research fellow, Dr. Tampuri holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering (Economic Systems Analysis and Management) and also is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner. He has a particular interest in Gender and governance issues. Dr. Tampuri is a Fellow of the Fletcher Leadership Programme for Financial Inclusion, Fletcher School at Tufts University, USA. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, USA.
