Ms. Wilkinson provides innovative leadership in international financial markets, rural finance,
gender, and inclusive growth with a lifetime commitment to poverty reduction, climate change
issues, and social inclusion. She has enabled innovative and successful global policy reform,
advocacy, and field project success among public, private, nonprofit, and donor actors on four
continents in 28 countries. Engaging regularly with Ministers, central bank Governors, and global
leaders, she uses a participatory, inclusive style to successfully engage champions and produce
sustainable results. She speaks and writes globally and locally on collaboration, financial inclusion,
and technology.  She has built, managed, and graduated high-performance multinational teams,
networks, and Boards for over 30 years. She is currently the CEO of FSD Zambia.
